ENERGY- GET IT & KEEP IT!

If you're crashing and burning every day. Exhausted and non productive, you want answers fast!  Where has  your va-va-va- voom gone and how can you get it back?   


Slim down if you are carrying excess weight-
By incorporating exercise and clean eating into your lifestyle. Not only will you look better, you will feel better and your health will improve.


Slow down your caffeine intake-
Have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, but don't drink more than two cups of caffeinated beverages per day? Replace some of your beverages with fresh water; its good for you and you'll regain some of your lost stamina.


Never skip a meal-
Start each day with a good breakfast and follow that up with small meals containing complex carbohydrates and lean protein every two to three hours afterwards. Your get-up-and-go will return in leaps and bounds as you sustain your body with regular, nutritious fuel.
